Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.

OhBounce.ai is a cloud-based email validation and deliverability platform that allows users to verify the validity, deliverability, and quality of email addresses via a web interface and REST API.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each account belongs to a workspace. The workspace owner is responsible for all usage and charges incurred by team members.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at [email protected].

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Validate email lists obtained without the recipients' consent
• Support spam campaigns, phishing, or any unsolicited commercial communication
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed per validation request. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

Auto-recharge, if enabled, will automatically charge your saved payment method when your credit balance falls below your configured threshold.

Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

API access is granted via API keys scoped to your workspace. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Keys must not be embedded in client-side code or shared publicly.

Each API call consumes credits at the applicable rate. We may enforce rate limits to ensure fair usage across all customers.

By submitting email addresses for validation, you represent that you have the right to process those addresses. We process them solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not use the email addresses you validate for our own marketing purposes.

Bumah LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property other than a limited licence to use the Service as described herein.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that validation results are 100% accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that results will meet your specific requirements.

Email validation is probabilistic by nature. Catch-all domains, greylisting, and temporary SMTP failures may affect results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bumah LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately and unused credits are forfeited.

We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so unless the breach is severe.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
