What are the 100 free credits for?
Every new account gets 100 credits on sign-up at no cost, no credit card required. It's enough to test the full product and validate your first list.
What's the minimum purchase?
The minimum pay-as-you-go order is 2,000 credits (~$54.60). There are no monthly commitments or subscriptions.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits you purchase never expire. Use them at your own pace.
How does volume pricing work?
The more credits you buy in a single order, the lower the per-credit rate. The price tier is determined by the quantity in that order — not cumulative usage.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Validations are paused. You'll receive email alerts at 20% and 5% remaining so you can top up before running dry.
Do you offer refunds?
